3. YOUR CONTROL RESPONSE

Once your alarm call is received at the response centre, certified staff stay on the line, assessing the situation, dispatching emergency personnel to your home, and providing your vital information to paramedics enroute

4. HELP IS ON THE WAY

Our certified staff know how to assess emergency situations, make critical decisions, and communicate with ambulance crew responding to the scene.

We work in conjunction with our local partner to provide:

  • Economical Monthly Monitoring Fees from $29.95 to $49.95 depending on the unit and pendant(s) you require

  • GPS options available with nationwide pendant range and monitoring

  • 24/7/365 monitoring by large staff and local monitoring
