Communication with Families

Communication is the cornerstone of our service. It is important that families who sometimes are out of town, or just down the street from their loved one receive timely updates on the care that they are receiving.

Amy's Helping Hands utilizes software that allows for our clients families to have their own on-line secure account through which your entire care team - including Amy's Helping Hands - can securely share all the information needed to keep your senior loved one living independently for as long as possible. It will serve as your on-line "control centre" for managing those needs - both big and small - that are critical to helping your loved ones age in place.

"Is Dad doing better or worse this week?" Amy's Helping Hands will post summaries and documents that will keep you better informed

"Is Mom getting the right mix of services today?" You will be able to review assessments that enable you to quickly determine if your loved one needs more care or services.

“Who is driving Mom to her next doctor's appointment?" Use the collaborative schedule section to keep better track of appointments and to view caregiver schedules.

Amy's Helping Hands connects families to enable better decision making, ensure all members of the care team are informed and enhance and extend your senior's independent living and provide additional peace of mind for family members.
