We start the interview process by conducting an in-depth assessment of you or your loved one's lifestyle, medical conditions and the kind of assistance needed that will help them to remain independent at home. We will meet with you and your family and jointly determine the scope of care.
During the meeting, we explain fully the services available, answer any additional questions you have for us, and help with the important care decisions faced by the family with a loved one in need.

After meeting with the senior or family, a customized comprehensive Care Plan to meet the elderly and the family's physical, psychological and social needs is developed. Then the best Caregiver is matched to the senior's needs and hands-on follow up supervision ensures that the plan is well-implemented. The plan provides the Caregiver in the home with clear direction
Proactive Approach
We can help to identify potential warning signs, addressing small problems before they become life threatening. In addition, we can make suggestions that improve the elderly's quality of life.

Many seniors work with a variety of medical, legal, financial, insurance professionals. Having a qualified team who can effectively work with these professionals and advocate for the client, provides our clients with the support they need and gives the family the peace of mind that comes from knowing their spouse/parents are in the care of an expert.
